I am an executive leader with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. With over 2 decades of leadership experience and over 13 years in educational leadership, I believe leading involves embracing innovation, inspiring others, and leading by example.
Academic
I have a B.A. in Religion and French from Augustana College (now University), a Master of Theological Studies with a focus on Jewish Studies and Holocaust Literature from Harvard Divinity School, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation from Arizona State University. My academic interests range from theological discussions to education technology and virtual learning to widespread AI alignment in organizations.
Personal
I am a proud father and husband. Family is the most important thing to me and I have always been blessed to be able to put them first. In my spare time, I enjoy home projects, hiking, video games, spending quality time with friends, and exploring new places. Minnesota is home but I won't turn down any chance to go back and visit Boston!
